I was working on a PowerPoint for my Geo science class about horoscopes and constellations when I realized how true horoscopes are. OK I know that sounds funny how could horoscopes be completely accurate about one person not everybody under this sign is the same. Well it turns out where your horoscope is located can differentiate people and there signs. I don't think that horoscopes can tell your future or who you will fall in love with but when it comes to categorizing people they are pretty accurate.

I think horoscopes are so interesting. Personally, i LOVE reading mine. There have been a few times were actually the horoscope predicted exactly what was going on in my life and others where i am stumped trying to figure out in what way I could apply it to myself. I don't know if I believe that horoscopes are accurate, but its just fun to read them and see how you can relate them to your life. I think some people may even base life decisions off of what their horoscopes say. In that case maybe people use them as a crutch to help them make decisions...
I definitely agree with Kate and Andrea, that horoscopes are pretty interesting to read and they do tend to be pretty good at descirbing the personnalities of various people. Sometimes when I read mine it is dead on and other times it is so off that its funny! I judt don't think people should use their horoscope to help them make decisions and what not because it can be so off!
That's really interesting. What did they tell you in geoscience that makes horoscopes the way they are in terms of alignment, personality, etc?
I agree, reading horoscopes is entertaining and can sometimes help you make decisions, but in the end I think that you can pretty much be told anything and you will somehow be able to relate it to your life. There are highs and lows in everyday, so you can somehow incorporate anything into that day. Also, if you are told in advance that your day will be good/bad/or something will happen; I think that you have the ability to make it that way. I think that horoscopes are interesting, but not exactly a tool to base your life off of.
It was just a project I was doing on my own we never really studied the subject so my Geoscience class never disscussed the alinement or the reasons
